Do we need our own data science team?
No. We handle the engineering end to end and hand over documented, maintainable systems. If you have an internal team, we work alongside it.
What happens to our data?
Data stays under your control. You choose where it is hosted: in Switzerland, in the EU or on your own infrastructure, under the Swiss nDSG and the EU GDPR. Depending on your requirements, solutions run with model providers in Switzerland or the EU or with self-hosted models, and only the data a task needs is processed. How we handle data
Who works on our project, and who sees our data?
Your contract is with a Swiss company that is accountable for the result, and a fixed project lead is your contact from start to finish. Partner engineers from our network, freelancers under contract with us, build with them, and everyone on your project is bound by the same NDA and data rules. Your data stays in Switzerland or the EU unless you agree otherwise in writing. We start on anonymised or synthetic data where we can, and access to real data is limited to what a task needs, logged, and agreed with you in writing. Security and data handling
Who owns the code at the end?
You get the code, the documentation and access to everything we set up, so your own team or another provider can run and change it without us.
What if the pilot does not reach the agreed numbers?
You find out in week two, not on day 30. The metrics are agreed in the first week and the prototype is measured against them. If the numbers show the approach will not work, we tell you then and decide with you whether to change course or stop.
Do you work with larger companies and their IT?
Yes. We work within your IT and security processes, fill in vendor assessments and security questionnaires, and connect to the systems you already run. Calls and documents in German or English.
Which models and tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job: leading commercial models or open-weight models, chosen for quality, cost, latency and data-protection needs, and swappable later. We build on AWS and host where you need it: in Switzerland (AWS Zurich), in an EU region or on your own servers.
